This little item measures 2 1/4" long x 1/4" side x 3/4" wide, yet it holds the software and storage capability to maintain essential identifying information for the entire family! The IDENTAKEY is a portable USB drive that connects directly into the USB port of a home computer. Once connected, the IDENTAKEY helps you collect, organize and store essential information on the members of your family - which is super preparedness peace-of-mind for emergencies!

The IDENTAKEY includes the security of password and username in addition to encryption and storage for all your personal information. Nothing need be stored on your computer - the IDENTAKEY does the entire job. And it goes far beyond mere storage of identity information.

The IDENTAKEY also has the capability to create:

complete profile reports

ID cards for wallets

ID key chain or luggage tags

fingerprint cards

MISSING posters.

Features

The IdentaKey does not install software on your computer. Any backup file that is stored on your computer or other removable disk is data encrypted.
Create a duplicate IdentaKey for a second family member or care provider. After you have created your first IdentaKey (original) you can create as many duplicate IdentaKeys you want using the original IdentaKey’s family information. Simply purchase additional IdentaKey(s) and duplicate the original IdentaKey using its backup file. Duplicate IdentaKeys can be easily updated when your original IdentaKey is updated by creating a new backup file and using the restore function on the duplicate IdentaKeys.
Useful on a daily basis. You can print contact information for the babysitter or can make identification cards/necklaces for field trips.
One IdentaKey can hold between 6 and 8 individuals, depending on the picture size.
Information can be updated at any time. Recommended to update information every 6 months.
Holds identifying characteristics, medical information, school & day care, friends and family contact information, photos and fingerprint cards).
Plugs into your computer’s USB drive and launches its own software – nothing is added to or stored on, your computer!
Each user can have their own username, password, and access level. The access level can be set to have either “Administrative " or "Read Only' rights.
