Hudson Safety Products ships to the United States and its territories. Some products can ship to Canada. Email Us with specific shipping questions.

Shipping is $7.95 and FREE for all orders over $100. Orders are shipped via First Class Mail, DHL or UPS Ground. Overnight shipping is available for an additional $35.00 fee.

*Please note that Pepper Spray orders ship UPS Ground only due to safety regulations of the US Postal Service and airlines.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday,
and usually ship the same day if received by 2:00pm, EST.

LEGAL STATUS OF PRODUCTS :

It is the responsibility of the buyer, and not the seller, to ascertain, and obey, all applicable local, state and federal laws (links to information on laws are on defense product pages) in regard to the possession, and use of any item in this catalog. Absolutely no sales to minors. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in only a lawful manner and that he/she is of legal age.

RETURN POLICY - Customers have a full 30 days to return products following the following procedure::

(1)All products returned must have an RMA# (Returned Merchandise Authorized Number). This number can be obtained by emailing Hudson Safety Products (see below)
(2)Products returned without an RMA# will not be accepted
(3)Non-defective products returned opened and not in original packaging will not be accepted
(4)Products returned damaged by user will not be accepted
(5)A restocking fee of 20% will be assessed on all non-defective products returned to Hudson Safety Products, PO Box 37702, Raleigh, NC 27627.
(6)No refund of shipping fees.
